U.S. Supreme Court justices
on Tuesday appeared inclined to back the Securities and Exchange
Commission's power to use federal courts to force defendants to
surrender profits obtained through fraud as part of enforcement
of investor-protection laws.
The International Monetary
Fund and the World Bank, citing growing concerns about the
fast-spreading coronavirus, on Tuesday said they will adopt a
"virtual format" for their Spring Meetings instead of convening
in person in Washington.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab
