BRUSSELS, Nov 8 (Reuters) – “Major issues” must still be
resolved on safeguarding citizens’ rights after Brexit, the
European Parliament’s negotiator Guy Verhofstadt said on
Wednesday, the eve of another round of divorce negotiations
between London and Brussels.
