JOHANNESBURG, Jan 18 (Reuters) – Steinhoff International
Holdings NV said on Thursday that Jayendra
Naidoo resigned as a member of its supervisory board to focus
his efforts on the board of its unit, Steinhoff Africa Retail
Ltd (STAR), which he chairs.
