U.S. bank shares rise on capital return plans after stress test

June 29 (Reuters) – Shares in the biggest U.S. banks rose on
Friday after the Federal Reserve completed its annual stress
test giving financial institutions the go-ahead for plans to
return capital to investors through dividends and buybacks.
