MOSCOW, March 6 (Reuters) – Vladimir Lisin, controlling
shareholder of Russian steel producer NLMK, displaced
natural gas magnate Leonid Mikhelson at the top of Russia’s rich
list for 2018, Forbes magazine, which compiles the list, said on
Tuesday.
