SEC probes AIG unit that sells retirement plans to teachers – WSJ

Commission is probing sales and disclosure practices at Valic, a
unit of U.S. insurer American International Group Inc,
the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing sources
familiar with the matter.
