MOSCOW, Dec 26 (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir
Putin’s proposal to scrap penalties on funds repatriated from
abroad is an attempt to protect Russian businesses from the
“brutal infringements” they face in the West, the Kremlin said
on Tuesday.
