Hargreaves top investor sells shares at discount; stock drops

Hargreaves Lansdown co-founder
and biggest shareholder Peter Hargreaves has sold 34.4 million
shares in the investment platform, at more than a 6% discount to
the stock’s last close, a bookrunner said on Friday.
