BERLIN, Nov 10 (Reuters) – Germany’s financial watchdog said
on Friday it was investigating whether Volkswagen illegally
disclosed information about its emissions scandal to third
parties, adding to the carmaker’s legal headaches more than two
years after the scandal broke.
