The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused
to hear a bid by major banks and companies including Koch
Industries Inc to prevent a trustee chasing money for victims of
imprisoned Ponzi scheme swindler Bernard Madoff from recouping
funds that were transferred overseas.
