Richard Branson’s space-tourism venture,
Virgin Galactic, is planning to go public as part of a deal with
a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) created by Social
Capital LP Chief Executive Officer Chamath Palihapitiya, a
person familiar with the matter said.
